TED COULTER | ATTORNEY AT LAW
Ted Coulter has been a lawyer for over 35 years. He was a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Capital University and obtained his Bachelor’s degree. Mr. Coulter obtained his Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
Ted’s areas of practice include family law/domestic relations (Divorce/Dissolution/Custody/Child Support); Criminal Law; Appellate Practice and Personal Injury/Motor Vehicle Accidents and Wrongful Death.
Mr. Coulter is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio and in the United States District Court of Northern Ohio, Western Division.
CAROL MONTGOMERY | PARALEGAL
Carol Montgomery is the firm’s Paralegal who assists in all phases of litigation, from inception through discovery and trial. She assists with document examination and management, drafting of pleadings, fact development, and trial preparation.
Carol received her Associate of Applied Business and Paralegal Studies through North Central State College and was on the Dean’s List and graduated with honors. She was also the Central District Representative for Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.
She has gained many years of experience working in both small and large law firms in various aspects of law, including criminal and family law.
